Includes; 2 – 6 oz Filets and 2 – 8 oz Sirloin Steaks. NaturALL Steaks is ranch-direct; meaning we control both production and distribution. We maintain our product until we sell it direct to you; so there is no question about where your meat is coming from. That is what sets us apart from beef that is found in other mainstream markets. Each herd is carefully watched during calving and each calf is given an individual identification tag. This tag identifies the calf all the way to processing. Thus, our beef is source-identified, and we adhere strictly to the Nebraska Beef Quality Assurance guidelines. The meat processing is done under careful, climate controlled conditions and is USDA inspected. Only choice cuts from the Angus-based herd are selected for the NaturALL Steaks label.
